Elegant Decor ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.elegantdecor.pk) ("Website"). The terms listed below will apply to you if you place a purchase using this website. We make every effort to keep our supply chain in order so that we can promptly complete your orders; however, occasionally, manufacturing or supply chain issues may arise, making it impossible for us to complete all of your orders at the time of purchase. When that happens, we'll ship you the products that are in stock and get in touch with you to ask if you'd rather we cancel your order or wait for the backordered item to be manufactured.
- Shipment Fees
Elegant Décor provides hassle-free replacements and free delivery throughout Pakistan, saving clients from paying any shipping fees.
- Terms of Delivery
We usually deliver between eight to ten working days. Why the extended duration? That's because, after receiving your order, we start creating these amazing artworks from scratch.
3.1 Dispatch Time
After an order is confirmed, it is typically shipped out in 5 business days. Our warehouse is open Monday to Saturday during regular business hours; however, it is closed on national holidays. In certain situations, we take action to guarantee that shipment delays won't be excessive.
3.2 Change of Delivery Address
We can accommodate requests for a change of delivery address at any point up until the order is sent.
3.3 P.O. Box Shipping
Shipping to PO Box locations is not available for Elegant Décor. There are some locations that our courier partner does not service.
3.4 Delayed Items
We will ship the available items right away and send the remaining items as soon as they are available if a production delay occurs.
3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded
Please get in touch with us so that we may look into any instances when the delivery time has gone longer than anticipated.
- Tracking Alerts
Customers can track their package by using the tracking ID that the courier firm will provide in a text message to them after it is dispatched.
- Parcels Damaged In Transit

- Cancellations
Before the order has been confirmed, you are free to cancel at any moment if you change your mind for any reason.
