DAMAGED ITEM OR OMITTED ITEM

  • Elegant Décor provides a hassle-free replacement policy in the event that a product is delivered incorrectly or damaged.
  • Elegant Décor will cover the return shipping costs in the event that a shipment is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
  • If you do not submit your claim within 24 hours of delivery and return the merchandise within 7 days, Elegant Décor will not be responsible for any replacement.

 

  • If a product is shipped incorrectly or damaged, follow these procedures:

  2. Gently repackage the item into its original container.
  3. Our courier partner will pick up the incorrect or damaged package and deliver the
